Emilio has been in the kitchen since a kid, cooking in the family business at LaCantina Ristorante in Paw Paw, MI.
Along with owning restaurants and serving families and events with custom catering services, the Dacoba family launched Blue Plate in 2017 to add a fun family business for Emilio, Maria and daughter Isabella.
